2. Description of Service

Seller Scan enables users to scan product barcodes and retrieve sales and marketplace data related to Amazon listings, including estimated sales, number of sellers, product history, and related information. All data provided is based on publicly available or estimated information and is not guaranteed for accuracy.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, users must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

Seller Scan is offered on a subscription basis, available via:

• Apple App Store

• Google Play Store

• Our website using supported payment gateways

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on your selection. Payments are non-refundable.

5. Cancellation and Renewal

• Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled with at least 30 days' notice.

• Annual subscriptions are non-refundable and cancel at the end of the billing period.

• You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your account settings or platform-specific subscription tools.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, duplicate, or misuse the Service.

• Use the Service for unlawful or unauthorised purposes.

• Interfere with the Service or its servers.

7. License Grant and Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or internal business use. You may not sublicense, distribute, commercially exploit, or make derivative works from the Service without our written permission.
